There is none: You must burn off 3500 calories that you don't ingest to lose one pound. That's the equivalent of waking 35 miles. Weight loss if very difficult, and can be achieved only by eating less and exercising more. There are no quick fixes and no magic. Don't believe what you see on tv or the internet. The only thing that will lose weight is your wallet.

Ketosis diet: Probably the quickest way to lose fat is through the ketosis diet which involves keeping you carbs at or below 20 grams a day and checking your urine with ketosis strips to make sure you are in ketosis There are some restrictions as to who can do it and medication that interacts with this diet, so check with your doctor. If you would like more details, we can discuss it in a consult.

Just be sensible.: The real key to weight loss is to just watch the size of your portions at meals, eat healthy, and exercise regularly. There's no radical diet or exercise plan or pill that will magically give you meaningful and sustained weight loss. The ol' fashioned way is still be best way to lose weight for the long term. Two pounds per week is a prudent rate of loss.

Weight loss: A weight loss kick starter can help to get started or a program. Commercial programs have had success. However long term means a commitment to new diet and lifestyle. It is worth it though!
