i have quivering muscles in different body parts & it lasts for seconds.it could happen at any time during day.i have fibromyalgia as well.no dr.helps?

More info: Do you have muscle cramps too? How long have these been going on? Try to reduce or stop all caffeine and chocolate. They can increase the problem. If your doctor has checked for serious neurological diseases, you might try increasing your magnesium intake, with pills, to see if it helps. Too much causes diarrhea. Start with 250 mg a day in a pill form.
