Diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome. have chronic thrombosis of radial artery with pain in hand. how risky is it to do surgery?

Risky?: If you have good regional anesthesia for several hours prior to the surgery using a brachial plexus catheter you should do well. Also, it sounds like you need the surgery.
