Not likely: Pregnancy during your menstrual flow is not likely to get your pregnant. Sperm is not likely to survive the menstrual flow environment.

Unlikely: It's not whether the sperm will survive, but whether you're body will be receptive to the sperm and allow a pregnancy -- which is highly unlikely in this situation. If you don't have unprotected sex you won't need to worry about an unwanted pregnancy of developing HIV or an std. Makes sense, doesn't it?
