is there anything contraindicating use of aspirin for severe earache from blocked eustachin tube? i've tried both tylenol (acetaminophen) and ibruprofen to no avail.

Earache: No direct contraindications but if Ibuprofen didn't work not sure Aspirin will be much better. Many things unrelated to the ear can cause pain felt in the ear so you should get a thorough head and neck exam to look for the underlying cause.
