i take birth control but i took plan b almost a month ago and then had unprotected sex on 5/3 i also believed it was my period should i take it again?

Birth control : If you are on birth control already then there is no reason to take plan b. Plan b is for people who have sex when not on birth control.

Depends: If you take the pills regularly, you should not need to take plan B. Taking plan B will not do harm. Do as it makes you feel more comfortable.
