if your boyfriend came but not on you and then he put his penis in the lip of your vagina can you get pregnant?

Don't play around: If he had vaginal intercourse with you - there could be pre-ejaculate that contains semen. Contact with labia is not likely to lead to pregnancy. But if he deposited semen at the introitus (just around vagina) or the penis entered the vagina- that could lead to pregnancy.

If sperm either: Enters the vagina or is deposited on the introitus (opening of vagina) then pregnancy is possible.
