Yes: Many women with fibromyalgia have nocturia, frequency during auto rides, & have even been diagnosed as having interstitial cystitis. IMO the mechanism is sacroiliac joint subluxation causing presacral plexus impingement and bladder parasympathetic stimulation and evacuation.
