i am taking gabapentin for my fibromyalgia and exercising but still do not feel much pain relief. any suggestions?

See details: There are 2 options. One is to increase the Gabapentin dose to at least 2, 400 mg daily before giving up on it. The second is to add or substitute a second med such as Cymbalta or savella (milnacipran).

Yes: I have found it to often provide good improvement in my many patients with fibromyalgia.
