Amenorrhea: Unfortunately this requires an evaluation by a physician. This could be cause by many things: pcos, another hormonal disorder such as hyperprolactinemia or thyroid disease, Provera (medroxyprogesterone) use, excessive exercise, or even pregnancy. Talk with your doctor.

Depo shot: If you received the shot (150mcg) at the right time in your cycel - ie just as your period was starting - it should have protected you. That is the nice thing with the shot - its protective once its dosed. However, if you got the shot at any other time it might not work until your next cycle. The best thing to do is check a pregnancy test.

Avoid crash diets: The goal of losing weight is keeping it off and improving health. Low calorie diets usually accomplish neither result. Instead, completely avoid foods that contain white sugar, white flour, white rice, and white pasta. Eat plenty of vegetables and beans and a fair share of fruits and nuts, and add wild fish like salmon and cod at least three times a week, stay physically active and watch lbs. Drop.

Wrong dose: The way you are taking the zithromax is not the dosing for chlamydia - for that you need to take 4 250mg tablets at once. That's it. Call your doctor and check out why they prescribed it the way you are taking it.
