i currently chart my cycles using bbt, my usual luteal phase length is 14 days, this cycle it appears to only be 11 days. what could cause this change?

Consider a fasting insulin, if elevated, or u have 1 st degree relative w/type 2 diabetes, metformin may help w/wt control and ovulation. A drug called topirimate as well can help headaches and weight but not 2 be used in pregnancy, gdlu.
