i currently chart my cycles using bbt, my usual luteal phase length is 14 days, this cycle it appears to only be 11 days. what could cause this change?

If there are: Variations in menses, well, the body is not a perfect clock. One way to reduce stress is by using an ovulation predictor kit. Bbt meas. Are kind of old school. Consider a fasting insulin, if elevated, or u have 1 st degree relative w/type 2 diabetes, metformin may help w/wt control and ovulation. A drug called topirimate as well can help headaches and weight but not 2 be used in pregnancy, gdlu.
