A 22-year-old male asked:
can poorly or mildly controlled asthma cause one to chest breathe instead of stomach/diaphragmatic breathe?

Asthma: Asthma can be caused by allergy, infections, gerd and many other factors often in combination. To better control asthma look and control the causes - don't just focus on the wheezing. A good pulmonologist can help sort this out for you.
