You probably can't: It would be nice, but may not be possible. The majority of kidney stones are not able to be chemically dissolved in your body. Some can, but most can not. Therefore depending on the size and location of your stones, they may or may not be passable. You are invited to thoroughly discuss your options with your urologist.

Some you can: If you are "lucky" enough to have stones made of uric acid, you can actually dissolve them by making your urine less acidy. Normally with uric acid stones, the urine pH is around 5 but if you can get the pH above 6.5, the stones start to dissolve.

Is there a way to help get rid of kidney stones?

Depends: Some stones may be helped by alkalinizing the urine, some by acidifying. Some may only be helped by removal. Most stones benefit from good hydration. Some are helped by dietary modification. Ask your urologist.
