Can eating salad everyday cause bloating and make you gassy?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Denis Winder

Information: Once your gut adjusts to it, it should not be a problem. Suddenly switching from a low fiber diet to a high fiber diet can cause bloating, gas, cramps and diarrhea.
