Unlikely: Constant nausea needs to be assessed by your doctor or a gastroenterologist and is unlikely to be related to lactose intolerance. See your doctor about it. It can be acid reflux, gastritis, liver or pancreas problems, gall bladder problems, pregnancy, etc.
