Don't use: Ginko has many interactions with medications and its safety in children is not well established. Ginko interferes with the way the liver metabolizes certain medications. Talk to your pediatrician and dermatilogist about this. Don't use.

Probably not: Since you do have a problem with eczema I don't think it wise to apply this product to your skin.
