how can i most quickly get rid of canker sores?

Time will heal it: There is no way to get rid of canker sores. It takes about a week for them to heal. In the meantime an over the counter medication will provide some relief. Avoid acidic foods like citrus and tomatoes, spicy foods, and hard things like chips that can be irritating.
