Not really: Addison's disease is caused by low function or decreased function of the adrenal gland. However, it can be within the sex hormones, glucocorticoid, or mineralocorticoid pathways. Each of these hormones (cortisol, aldosterone) controls different pathways and body functions, so you would need to test several things before excluding addison disease.
