what are the atkins diet food do's and dont's?

The products are...: Convenient! they are also true to the diet. I use the shakes regularly, both for convenience and travel. They taste good, which is important. I keep them at my office. But i and my spouse cook low carb all the time, so I do not eat atkins meals, etc.
