Ovulation : Ovulation occurs consistently about 14 days before your next cycle. If you know how many days there are from the first day of the bleeding to the next during your normal cycle just subtract 14 days. This allows you to predict when you should be ovulating.

How do I calculate my ovulation day?

Day 14-15: Counting the first day of menstrual flow as day 1, most women with regular cycles ovulate on day 14-15. Irregular cycles are much tougher to time prospectively. Best solution is to consider fertility medications to help regulate cycles, using ultrasound to time ovulation. Shorter cycles can indicate problems with ovarian reserve or with the uterus, and should be discussed with an expert.

Last 14 days consis: The part after ovulation is usually consistant - so take off 14 days before mensturation and that is the day you ovulate.

Around Day 11: In general, women ovulate about 14 days prior to the start of their menstrual period. 25-14=11. If you had a 28 day cycle it would be day 14 (28-14=14) and if you had a 32 day cycle it would be day 18 (32-14=18).

Depends: Days prior to ovulation one can find clear thin cervical mucus, bloating, and cramping. Usually the act of ovulation may not produce any type of discomfort at all. Some may feel slight cramping with ovulation due to the release of follicular fluid or a small amount of blood from the surface of the ovary.
