Can weed a possible cure for cancer?

No: I am sorry but my answer is no. it has a few role in cancer as a supportive therapy for instance for severe intractable pain and for intractable vomiting. However ,lately we also learn that weed actually can cause severe nausea/vomiting too for some people. but weed is not something you take to cure cancer.

You mean pranayama?: Pranayama is a yoga routine. It may enhance well-being and enhance personal strength but I am not aware of any proof that it cures cancer.
