i have had sinus surgery and still have clogged sinuses and trouble getting mucous out?

Allergies? smoker?: Do you have allergies (pollen, molds, dust mites)? Do you smoke or are you exposed to smoke? Do you work around chemicals? Any of these may cause nasal/sinus congestion. See fp/allergist/ent to determine cause. Otc decongestant may help until more definitive treatment is prescribed.

Saline irrigation: Daily or more can help liquefy and mobilize the thick secretions. Your sinus surgeon may have instructions and suggestions as well at the office.
