can honey, lemon juice, and water help you lose weight?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Andrew Lipton

Belly fat: Lemon juice and honey can help the gallbladder cleanse. Body fat is lost by increasing metabolism, and unfortunately you can not spot reduce. Ie you can not do abdominal exercise to loose abdominal fat. The fat is deposited and can be removed by weight loss. General rule, last place fat gained is the first to go and the the first place gained is the last to go.
