In general..: A good diet consists of clean, nutrient-dense, unprocessed food eaten 4-5 x daily. And, a good fitness plan involves periodic sequences of different exercises (changes each month) that target aerobic, endurance and strength conditioning. E.G., resistance work with bands, swimming, jump training. Or, cycling, weights and sprints, etc. Functional fitness is the goal! have fun!
