Usually nothing: Conception and implantation are essentially the same thing. Implantation is the process of the embryo attaching to the uterus, when implantation is successful then we say conception has occured.
Therefore nothing. Between implantation / conception until positive pregnancy test patients usually have little to no symptoms. Breast tenderness may occur. Symptoms begin > 2 weeks after implantation.
