They are the same: Tylenol = acetaminophen. Tylenol is a brand name while Acetaminophen is generic name and ingredient.

You're welcome. I sometimes forget that people don't know the different names of medicines. Tylenol (7 characters) was easier to type than acetaminophen (13 characters). Good luck w/ your relative..?I believe it was your mother or mother-in-law. Have a blessed Sunday!
