I will suggest you to also look at the rest of the components of succesful and healthy weight loss/fitness; as you may well know, lifestyle changes, healthy and controlled diet, sleep, rest of the components that the plate does not cover. In short: don't place all your hopes in only one (power) plate.

Consistency: The most efficient/effective exercise for losing weight is something that gets your heart rate up, something you enjoy and something you can stick to. Weight Loss abnormal: If you are losing weight withot trying to lose weight, you need to be evaluated.There can be many medical conditions which can make you lose weight.You need to see your doctor who will way you, examine you and will order some blood tests to find out the cause.It can be one of many, from overactive thyroid, diabetes, malabsorption syndrome to cancer.Iam not scaring you but you do need to be tested.

Check thyroid first: Helpful weight loss diets have natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and iceberg lettuce (little/no salad dressing). When shopping for fruits, buy small ones no bigger than a tennis ball, because fruits have sugar. Drinks without calories include water and green tea. A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.
