Nickel allergy?: Good evening,
red and itchy marks around the neck and around wrists could be due to contact allergy to nickel, which is often present in wrist watches and chain worn on the neck. First treat the rash with cortisone cream until the rash goes away and avoid contact with any metallic wrist or neck wears.
