i have been having a serious barking cough, for weeks now. it maybe allergic as the pollen count is very high these days. can anyone help me?

Maybe not allergic: A barking cough suggests involvement of the windpipe and voice box - not the usual areas for allergies. Think croup, laryngotracheobronchitis, and whooping cough. Cough-variant asthma, vocal cord dysfunction, and acid reflux should also be considered.
