is vitamin e oil good for acne?

NO: Most of the people putlots of different things in the acne eruptions and actually that que be harmful because this compouns may be contamined with dirt and bacteria and acne may got worse. Beside, vitamin E just in the skin has not ben proven to be efective.

No: Acne is partially caused by the over production of oils. Adding more oil to your skin will only make the situation worse. There needs to be an appropriate oil balance on the skin otherwise more acne will be produced.
