i get uti's all. the. time! what can i do? i sware i get sick every month from them.

A few things.: 1st make sure they actually are uti's. I've seen doctors diagnose uti's based on a few symptoms and a not so positive urine test when in fact the symptoms are coming from something else. So ask details on how they're being diagnosed. There should be a positive urine culture to call it a UTI for sure. If they are uti's then see a urologist to determine why they are so recurrent.You need some tests.
