Hepatitis B: In general if you were not diagnosed or had a history of hepatitis b then the vaccine gave you this immunity. If your physician is not working up your concerns with other blood tests to prove infection versus vaccination and you have liver disease then there are specific tests that can determine the difference for you.
But, twinrix gets you to immunity for both hepatitis a and b.
