Healthy weight loss: The best way is to find a program you can maintain long term. Think of it as a permanent life style, not a diet. Exercise is key, including strength training and 20-30 monutes of cardio 5x/ week. Eat a diet low in fat with more fruits, veggies, and whole grains.
