10 yr old son fever 2 weeks (started high - now 100.6). doc thought viral - but still has fever and headache and tired. could it still just be viral?

Low vitamin D: Many people have low vitamin D levels. I don't think this is contributing to the symptoms you're having. Vitamin D is involved in calcium metabolism.
