i suffered from food poisoning in feb & i was constipated now i have hemorrhoids and i need to find a way to get rid of them or make them less painful?

Usually surgery: Painful hemorrhoids usually require surgery for definitive management. The patients usually request it. Otherwise, try warm salt water baths, zinc oxide ointment, calmoseptine ointment. See a physician to confirm that it is only hemorrhoids causing the trouble.

None with out exam: Any ano rectal problems should not self treat with out doctor exam as it possible to miss cancer , treating it as hemorrhoids. See your doctor first.
