what's the meaning of parenchymal disease? how can it be cured?

Get clarification: Parenchymal only means "bulk of the substance" and in medical science of human anatomy, it only means "functional parts of an organ" thus, parenchyma disease only means some abnormal finding in the substance/functional part of the organ in question. So, you should get some clarification from your physician. I suspicion is that this does not mean much at all. Good luck.
