How many time must drink water in long running to stay hydrated and to save my power ?

Simple, but loaded ?: If you are well hydrated before the run, u should not need much or at all during a run of a hour or so and you can replace the water loss after done running. Weather is a big factor--more sweating, more loss. If you want, sip some water every 15-mins as a trial. U will feel discomfort in belly if drinking too much. So, gauge yourself. Avoid time of excessive heat or cold. Consult doc. Good luck.
