My monocular diplopia has worsen.i noticed that ghost image is longer&larger than before.i have little to no ghost image with close things eg my phone,but now i do.now extremely things appear to have little to no diplopia. my astigmatism got worse?

Monocular diplopia (one eye alone) at your age is most commonly due to astigmatism. Problems of the lens and retina can do this but they usually occur in much older folks.
