i need help determining the discomfort and tingling or vibrating feeling i got on both my achilles tendon?

Inflammation : While tingling is typically suggestive of nerve irritation, at your age achilles tendinitis or bursitis is much more likely to cause soreness.

Tight Achilles: Sounds like you are developing a mild achilles tendinitis. You may have a tight achilles tendon which was aggravated during increased activity or a new activity. Concentrate on light achilles stretches daily after warm soaks. You can add a heel lift in both shoes to remove some strain off of the tendons. Improvement should be noticed in a week or so.
