Protein powder is fairly harmless when used in moderation. But you do not need supplements if you eat a normal healthy diet which contains a balance of carbohydrates, good fats and proteins in the form of Eggs, Meat and plant nuts. Low fat Dairy and yogurt is also a good source of proteins.

Agree with Dr. L Protein powders are harmless in moderation, but do not provide benefit that is not available from a balanced mixed diet. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
