Im pregnant and i drove by a car fire and didnt know until after. i inhaled/smelled a little before covering my mouth and rolling up windows. does brief exposure like this put my fetus at risk? im worried now ... thank you?

It is highly unlikely that one wiff from a burning car will allow you to inhale enough toxins to harm your baby. The placenta is a very effective and selective barrier between mother and feotus. Best wishes
