Are these cbc abnormalities concerning? wbc 2.5 (l), lymphocytes 0.4 (l), neutrophils 1.5 (l), monocyte % 18.4 (h), platelets 112 (l). was done as i was having fevers without an obvious source?

Those numbers are not normal. You need to consult with your doctor who ordered the test, who also has your detailed history and is in a better position to offer you treatment plans , further testing or referrals if needed.
