I am experiencing really bad facial skin irritation. my eyes, forehead and cheeks are super itchy. ive been taking lions mane pills and aloe pills but been good. however since i started using a new rosewater toner its been bad ?

There are many possible causes of such a rash. One of the most common is seborrheic dermatitis, which might be especially likely if you also have itching and irritation of the scalp, with flaking (dandruff). But neither this nor any other rash will be helped by the sorts of treatments you have tried. You need to see a doctor -- preferably a dermologist -- for diagnosis and proper treatment.
