i have tiny tiny light brown bumps on the inside of my hand and on the bottom of my feet, there isn't a lot of them just enough for me to notice?

Brown bump: There are many different reasons for lesions to show up on your skin. Some maybe acute, others chronic. Alot are incidental. If there is no pain i would not worry about them, but monitor them to make sure that they do not grow, or appear disfigured or discolored. If there are issues/complications ask for a dermatologist/podiatry referral.
