A 23-year-old female asked:
Is almost continuous exposure to third hand smoke equivalent to moderate exposure to second hand smoke or worse?

Unlikely: The lung has mechanisms to clean up & remove particulates of daily living. These include dust, smoke, fragrances, fumes, etc.. Such exposures do not rise to the level afforded to a smoker with their level of use. That said avoiding it is preferable when possible.
