No real cure: Although there is no real cure, proper moisturizing, topical steroids (triamcinolone, hydrocortisone, etc) and avoiding offending chemicals (alcohol-containing products, drying soaps, etc) can all help.

Reduce inflammation : Some report managing symptoms of eczema by reducing stress & anxiety and have had success with mind body therapies. Avoid allergens and consider eliminating foods common to cause allergy or sensitivity such as dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, fish, and highly processed foods for at least two weeks and see if that helps. Also consider changing home products like soaps, shampoos and detergents.
