Diet.... am exercising but i cannot seem to stop eating junk food and my stomach feels bolted most of the time, am on herballife shakes and i exercise monday to fridays and rest during the weekends, any advises?

...high glycemic ...: Since One has already named 'junk food' as culprit; a good place to start is Discontinue the eating of "White Foods" with high caloric index like:- white sugar, white bread, cake & pastries made from White Flour. Limit some Carbs like White Rice, Pasta, .. Shakes are high glycemic. One should also limit Cheese, Egg yolk and Fried foods. Eat more Vegetables & fresh fruits. The exercises seem ok.

Junk food: You actually have the answer to your problem, it is probably the junk food that is causing your bloated ness. Start eating healthy, plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables dink more water, stop breads cakes sweets chocolates soft drinks and you will soon notice the difference, continue exercising though. Good luck with your new life style, it can only be good for you
