LLQ pain: LLQ pain, especially with associated tenderness, is usually due to diverticulitis, but a CT scan should be diagnostic. ?Crohn's. I doubt faslodex is the cause of your pain. Since you're experiencing persistent severe pain, I recommend consulting an abdominal surgeon or gastroenterologist for evaluation and advice. Reexamination of your CT scan or a repeat CT may be worthwhile if specialist.agrees.
