Call doctor : if you have new sudden diarrhea and back back pain it can be form COVID to intra - abdominal infection. First keep hydarted - electrolyte ( broth , gatorade..) and call doc for telemedicine to be tested for COVID and also stool sample order for infection . keep track of temperature and other symptom s. Over the counter PeptoBismo or imodium mahy help some .
