i first hade a runny nose and i think it moved down to my chest , i have a dryish cough but there is also mucus. whats the beste coughing medicine to use 1) bronkese compound or 2) duro-tuss linctus i would like to get rid of the mucus .

Coughing: Runny nose and coughing in chest. Suggest Rinex to stop postnasal drip.Will rather suggest Q-tuss as this is for dry and wet cough and works in the lungs. Drink Septogard 2 three times a day for the infection.
